6.4 Pay all Fees when due.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees will be stated in the proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.

Unless agreed otherwise:

7.1 All Fees must be paid in advance or according to the payment schedule agreed in writing.

7.2 Project deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

7.3 Work may be paused if payment is overdue.

8. Approvals and Revisions

You are responsible for reviewing and approving work before it goes live or is submitted for publication. Once you approve content, designs, or websites, you accept responsibility for their accuracy. Revisions outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

9. Intellectual Property

Once the Client has paid all Fees and costs in full, the Client will own the final approved Deliverables created specifically for them, unless agreed otherwise. Bleuno retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, frameworks, internal documents, and creative concepts not selected by the Client.

10. Portfolio Rights

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Bleuno may display completed work, visuals, screenshots, and project summaries in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bleuno will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business opportunity, or indirect losses. Bleuno’s total liability for any claim will be limited to the Fees paid by the Client to Bleuno for the specific Services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any related Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our Website.
